Terra Viva (formerly the Outaouais Herb Gathering) is a one-day gathering for herbalists and plant and nature lovers who are drawn to the life-giving and restorative power of plants. Rooted in the understanding that plants are essential partners in the renewal of our bodies, communities and ecosystems—this gathering invites you to reconnect with the resilience and healing vitality of plant life.
Together we will explore how plants restore balance in times of depletion, offering nourishment, medicine and guidance. Through keynote speaker presentations, workshops, conversations and skill development, we will engage with themes of regeneration, plant energetics, soil and seed wisdom, bio-diversity and the role of herbalism in personal and collective healing in a struggling world. The day is designed to encourage exchange, curiosity and deep listening. Whether you are a practicing herbalist, a gardener, or simply someone longing to feel more rooted and alive, you are welcome.
